WILD ASTERACEAE III

 I have already mentioned some beautiful Wild Sps. of the family Asteraceae.As per my observation the forests which I visited had the highest number of wild flowering plants belonging to this family.Some of these Sps. showed luxuriant growthj adding to the beauty of the forest..Some of these are-

                                          This beautiful plant has been listed as invasive plant in USA

                                           Helenium autumnale(Sneezweed)


                                                    Liatris pycnostachya-also grown as ornamental
                                           Lactuca canadensis ( Wild Lettuce)
                                            Lactuca serriola  (Prickly lettuce )     
                                                   Rudbeckia laciniata
